The Village Offices is a green building on Multnomah Blvd with an elevator and a parking lot. I work inside the Naturopathic office, Insights to Health which is on the third floor, Suite 302.

Clinic Information

The code for the restroom is 3925*. Please lay your hand on the sensor to activate the keypad.

If the door to my office is open, please come on in! If it is closed, please wait in the hallway by the elevators. The chairs inside Insights to Health are for the naturopathic doctor's patients.

Schedule & Fees

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
New patient appointments run $150 - $260.
Return visits run $110 - $250.

I will accept cash, check and credit card for payment in full and I will email you a detailed receipt for your insurance to reimburse you. I am out of network with all insurance plans.

To find out if your insurance will reimburse you, please contact them and let the know I am a licensed acupuncturist who will bill the CPT codes for office visit, manual therapy, or the acupuncture codes.

First Session Information

Please wear loose clothing for your session, like V-neck tank or cardigan and loose pants that easily come above your knee. Please avoid leggings like yoga pants, and unmovable shirts like button down shirts, and tight necklines like hoodies as they are the most difficult to work around.

Visceral Manipulation is best received on an empty stomach. Best to have an hour after a meal. For pediatrics, you are welcome to nurse your child during our sessions.

Please do not schedule intense bodywork 2 weeks prior or after our sessions.
