Please wear a quality KN 95 mask the entire time you are in the building. I highly encourage getting the updated covalent booster asap, except for those who have gotten covid within the last few months. If you have not received your booster yet, or if you are within the 2 week timeline of receiving the covalent booster, please do an at-home test before coming into our session.

Outdoor sessions are possible Mon, Tues, Wed afternoons starting 3/27/23.

Please wear loose clothing for your session, like v-neck tank with cardigan or zip up sweatshirt and loose pants that easily come above your knee. Please avoid chiropractic, or intense bodywork where tearing or jarring might occur for at least 2 weeks before or after our session. For best results, please allow an hour before meals.

Email is best (joannadonnellylac@gmail.com) for scheduling as I am not able to return phone calls during the day while I am in session, or traveling, but due to the heavy volume of requests, it may take weeks for a reply. Please include days/times best for an appointment. New Patients, please include the spelling of your name matching your insurance for optimal reimbursement, your birthdate, phone, and who referred you. My phone 503-719-4680 is an old fashioned landline which will transcribe your voicemail to an email. Please do not text, as it will not come through.

If you are acutely sick, and most likely contagious, please do not come in, but leave your symptoms on your email or voice mail and I can prescribe Chinese herbs for you. If you are covid negative, and past the acute/contagious phase of an illness, please come on in.

There is a $110 less than 24 hour cancellation fee, which is waived if you are sick or exposed to someone with covid.

Joanna will address trauma, tension, or restrictions in any structure including ligaments, vessel, nerve, meninges, tendon, organ, bone, or joint with gentleness and precision. All ages are welcome, including newborns. The osteopathic work is called Visceral/Neural/Vascular Manipulation, and New Manual Articular Approach and is taught by Jean-Pierre Barral, DO, MRO(F), RPT.

The Village Offices is a green building on Multnomah Blvd with an elevator and a parking lot. I work inside the Naturopathic office, Insights to Health which is on the third floor, Suite 302.

Clinic Information

Please wash your hands in the hallway, or in the restroom (code *3925*) and then take a seat in the black chairs near the elevators if my door is closed. The chairs inside Insights to Health are for the naturopathic doctor’s patients.

Schedule & Fees

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
New patient appointments run $150 - $260.
Return visits run $110 - $250.

I will accept cash, check and credit card for payment in full and I will email you a detailed receipt for your insurance to reimburse you. I am out of network with all insurance plans.

To find out if your insurance will reimburse you, please contact them and let the know I am a licensed acupuncturist who will bill the CPT codes for office visit, manual therapy, or the acupuncture codes.
